2024 Annual Staff Summary Meeting of Shengli (Vietnam)
As the Spring Festival approaches every year, under the guidance of the Labor Federation of Quynh Phu District, on the afternoon of January 14th, the Trade Union Executive Committee, in conjunction with the leadership of Shengli (Vietnam) Special Steel Co., Ltd., jointly organized an activity to welcome the Spring Festival together with the workers, with the theme of "Reunion during the Spring Festival, Gratitude to the Party in Our Hearts".
Those attending the meeting included Ms. Tong Thi Hieu, Chairperson of the Quynh Phu District Labor Federation, Mr. Tran Minh Hoang, Vice Chairperson of the Quynh Phu District Labor Federation, and members of the Standing Committee of the Quynh Phu District Labor Federation. At the same time, the leadership team, trade union committee, and employees of Shengli (Vietnam) also actively participated.
The ceremony featured a rich variety of activities: gifts were presented to employees who were facing difficulties in their lives and those from families under policy care; outstanding employees in 2024, as well as those who demonstrated excellent performance and innovative capabilities in cost-saving production, were commended; and employees who had dedicated 10 and 15 years to Shengli Company were honored.
Ms. To Thi Ly, Director of Finance and Asset Operation of Shengli (Vietnam) Company, on behalf of the company's leadership, reported on the company's production and operation situation in 2024, as well as the employee care work during the Spring Festival in 2024 and 2025. Here, Ms. To Thi Ly also expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all employees who had been contributing to the company throughout the year and wished all employees good health, happiness, and joy in the new year.
