OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH TRAINING – FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERY WORKER

    With a worker-centered approach, the Company's Board of Directors consistently identifies occupational safety and health (OSH) as a central task, playing a decisive role in the stable operation and sustainable development of the enterprise.

    Following the close guidance of the Leadership, the Company organized an OSH training program for staff and workers currently employed at the factory. The program was meticulously prepared with practical content, closely following the specific characteristics of the steel production environment and actual working conditions in the workshops.

    The training content focused on: legal regulations and internal safety rules issued by the Company; identifying safety risks in production lines, machinery, and equipment; safe work procedures; the correct and complete use of personal protective equipment; and measures to prevent occupational accidents, technical incidents, and emergency handling protocols.

    Through these training activities, employees' awareness was enhanced and safe working skills were reinforced, contributing to risk minimization, the protection of workers' health and lives, and the assurance of production progress and quality.

    With the motto that workers' safety is the responsibility and long-term commitment of the Board of Directors, the Company continues to maintain and strengthen training, inspection, and safety supervision activities.
