YEAR-END REVIEW CONFERENCE AND YEAR-END PARTY – WELCOMING THE SPRING OF BINH NGO 2026

    In the joyful atmosphere of welcoming the Spring of Binh Ngo 2026, the Company solemnly organized the Year-End Review Conference and Year-End Party to look back on a year of dedicated efforts and reaffirm its sustainable development founded on the core values of “Unity – Responsibility – Sharing.”

    At the event, leaders of Phu Duc Commune presented a Certificate of Merit and commemorative gifts to the Company in recognition of its positive contributions to local socio-economic development. In addition, the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 130 gift packages with a total value of VND 260 million to the Company’s employees. The attention and support from the local authorities and the upper-level Trade Union organization served not only as great encouragement but also demonstrated the close coordination between the enterprise, the local government, and employee representative organizations, thereby strengthening trust and long-term engagement.

Ms. Pham Thi Thang – Vice Chairwoman of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor, presented gifts to employees facing difficult and especially difficult circumstances

    Within the framework of the conference, the Company honored and rewarded 64 employees who have been dedicated to the Company for 15 and 10 years (total budget: VND 288 million), along with 125 outstanding individuals in production and professional performance (total budget: VND 250 million). This meaningful activity expressed profound gratitude to those who have made long-standing contributions, while also promoting a spirit of emulation, creativity, and responsibility across the workforce, laying a solid foundation for the Company’s stable and long-term development.

Representing the Company’s Board of Management, Mr. Truong Hoa – Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Trac Quan – Standing Deputy General Director, presented certificates of recognition and awards.

    On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, the Company presented more than 1,400 Tet gift packages (VND 420,000 per package) to all employees. Additionally, 183 special support packages worth VND 183 million were granted to employees facing difficult circumstances, and travel allowances totaling nearly VND 15 million were provided to 27 employees returning to their hometowns for Tet. Through these activities, the Company reaffirmed its care, companionship, and sharing with employees, creating motivation for each staff member to work with peace of mind and long-term commitment.

    The program concluded with the Year-End Party and a lucky draw featuring many valuable prizes, including:110 Consolation Prizes – Sunhouse SHD6160 induction cookers (VND 700,000 each); 20 Fourth Prizes – Sunhouse 11-stage RO Hydrogen water purifiers (VND 4,500,000 each); 05 Third Prizes – LG front-loading washing machines (VND 9,800,000 each); 10 Second Prizes – SM88 electric bicycles (VND 12,000,000 each); 02 First Prizes – Aqua 516L 4-door Inverter refrigerators (VND 15,000,000 each); 01 Special Prize – Wave RSX FI 110 motorbike (VND 28,500,000). In addition, the Company’s Board of Directors awarded 02 Special Prizes worth VND 50,000,000 each, and the Deputy General Directors presented 10 Special Prizes worth VND 10,000,000 each. These valuable prizes not only created an exciting and vibrant atmosphere but also conveyed best wishes for a new year filled with luck and success to all employees.
